Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Voxylis website ("Site"), products, and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Voxylis ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Definitions

  • "Digital Goods" — All products sold on our Site, including but not limited to software scripts, exploits, account credentials, license keys, and downloadable digital content.
  • "Consumer" — Any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession, as defined in EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
  • "Trader" — Voxylis, the entity operating this Site and selling Digital Goods.

2. Eligibility
By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of digital consent in your country of residence (typically 16 in the EU under GDPR) or that you have obtained parental or guardian consent. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws applicable to you.

3. Account & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account. One person may not maintain more than one account without our written consent. Accounts are non-transferable.

4. Products & Digital Goods

  • All Digital Goods are delivered electronically and instantly upon payment confirmation.
  • Product descriptions, screenshots, and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.
  • License keys are for individual use unless a multi-user or reseller license is explicitly stated.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify our Digital Goods without explicit written permission.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable VAT where required by EU law.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an order has been placed.
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase. Access to Digital Goods is contingent on successful payment processing.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun, provided the consumer has given explicit prior consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost upon commencement of performance.

At checkout, you will be asked to explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of your withdrawal right. By ticking this checkbox and completing the purchase, you waive your 14-day withdrawal right. Please review our Refund Policy for details on the sole exception (invalid product key).

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

  • Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or other users' accounts.
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our prior written consent.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our Digital Goods without explicit permission.

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, data compilations, software, and the underlying code — is the exclusive property of Voxylis or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including EU copyright law (Directive 2001/29/EC). Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voxylis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our Services.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for any damages resulting from (i) use or inability to use our Digital Goods, (ii) detection or banning by third-party anti-cheat systems, (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, or (iv) statements or conduct of any third party.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable EU or national law.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voxylis, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (i) your breach of these Terms, (ii) your misuse of the Services, or (iii) your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.

11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) shall survive.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or prominent notice on the Site at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the national laws of the consumer's country of habitual residence.
  • For EU consumers: You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. You also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
  • We encourage amicable resolution: please contact us before initiating formal proceedings.

14. General Provisions

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Voxylis regarding the use of our Services.
